BHAKTI VINYASA: UNITY WITH THE UNIVERSE

Join Donte Quinine, yoga teacher, and Rafe Pearlman, sound healer, in a unique journey of vinyasa flow, restorative yoga, and sound healing.

In this embodied practice, we’ll engage with the healing power of sound, movement, meditation, and stillness. We’ll aim to align the frequencies of the group, in body, mind, and spirit, with all of creation. Open the doors of our hearts to full presence. Deepen our awareness through an opening chant, followed by a devotional yoga-flow sequence, then savasana with yoga nidra (guided meditative visualization) accompanied by live sound healing.

This will be an outdoor sunset event, held on the rooftop across from 8 Limbs Capitol Hill.
